BVL HPR works closely with architects and project teams to develop plans that meet project needs while complying with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Our services include preparing and managing Historic Tax Credit applications, conducting site visits throughout construction, providing preservation guidance as conditions arise in the field, and serving as the project liaison with the State Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service.
